Are the customers allowed to eat and drink inside the car?
Yes, you may eat and drink inside the car.
Are the customers allowed to smoke or vape inside the car?
No, smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the car.
Are the customers allowed to connect via Bluetooth to the car audio system and listen to personal music?
Yes, you are welcome to do so.
Do you have child safety seat available?
Yes, but only one seat is available. If you need multiple seats please let us know well in advance (two-months lead time) of your trip to Japan.
Is a view of the Mt. Fuji guaranteed on the tour of Mt. Fuji?
Unfortunately, the view of Mt. Fuji is not guaranteed. In fact, the tour of Mt. Fuji is a heavily weather-dependent activity. You will have to cross your fingers and try your luck.
Do you combine two locations, like Mt. Fuji and Hakone, in a same day tour?
It can be done but is not recommended. When you combine sites like Mt. Fuji and Hakone you get the least out of both locations. You will get more out of your tour by committing to a single location instead.
Would you accept a customized itinerary personally researched by a customer?
To a certain extent yes but mostly no. Frankly, the driver/guide knows best. Regardless of the locations, you will get the most out of your tour by trusting his experience and flexibility and not what Google/AI says can be done.
Do you do personal walking tours of Tokyo without a driving service?
Yes, personal walking tours of Tokyo are available. Please contact for details.
Any other languages besides English available for the tours?
Sorry, only English (American accent).
Does your company have social media service (aka "SNS" in Japan) accounts?
While we use messaging services like WhatsApp and LINE, we do not use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and etc. Sorry.
