A wonderful trip to Fuji Mountain with our professional and flexible Mr Taro as our driver. Mr Taro has spent his own time with us at most of the attraction places. My family was also very comfortable with Mr Taro. See you again Mr Taro. Arigato Gozaimasu.

I used their service for a day trip to Mt Fuji and Hakone (8 hours). They provided car with driver who was great! Definitely recommend for your personal/business trips. They deserve more popularity and appreciation. -Great customer experience -Easy to reach/book on WhatsApp -Polite and knowledgeable English speaking driver Mr Taro..-Took care of my parents throughout the trip and made sure they enjoyed.

We used them twice. Once for a tour to Mt. Fuji. Our driver was Taro and he was fantastic. He took us to several great viewing / photo spots for the mountain, to a lake where we took speedboat to get more shots of the mountain (while he waited in line for us to take a gondola), a few different Shinto shrines, and then up Mt. Fuji itself. Throughout the trip he shared a lot about Japan&s history, history of the shrines including the traditions for praying at the shrines, and answered all our questions. He speaks fluent English and we had no problems communicating with him. He really went above and beyond for us. At the end of a long day of touring Mt. Fuji and even after getting stuck in bad Tokyo traffic on our way back to the hotel, he took the time to surprise us with Satsuki cakes to celebrate my wife’s birthday. That was ver special. I highly recommend him for your Mt. Fuji (and other) tours!

Unfortunately the weather was bad and it was raining a lot during our trip, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, until the very end when we spotted the base of the mountain. Our tour guide Taro did his best and drove us to different locations for us to get a glimpse of the mountain. He was very service minded and we had a great time together! He gave us a great tour and we are very pleased with our experience over all!

Taro our driver was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable and professional throughout the tour. He communicated in advance before our trip and was on time for our pickup from the hotel. As an added bonus Taro was a good photographer. The experience was exceptional.

From my 12 year old daughter. He was very nice and explained everything. He was very kind that he answered lots of questions. He didn’t just show us stuff, he also explained everything. He even offered to turn around so we could hear the singing road again. I would highly recommend him for your tour!

The best experience we could ask for in Tokyo and Mt. Fuji. The rides are very comfortable and spacious. All the members of the team endlessly tries their best possible to make the trips comfortable, informative, friendly and memorable. I must mention Taro Kan - who accompanied us for the Tokyo and Mt. Fuji trip. He drove cautiously yet perfectly on time. He is always looking out to the needs and expectations of the visitors. Planned everything to perfection starting from the lunch, to the best utilization of time (where he waited in line for an activity while we enjoyed the boat ride), to making sure my Mom gets wheel chair access wherever possible. As polite and humble as he is, hes efforts to make our trip most memorable has left us awestruck and waiting to explore more. Already looking forward to coming back and spending some quality time in Japan.

What a fantastic experience. Taro is great guide and driver. He went out of his way to make sure we got the most out of the time together. A true gentleman and very knowledgeable. Worth every cent in our opinion. Great communication from the company too.. Definitely worth it if you are a large family.
